Returns:   NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. 

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON FIREARMS UNLESS THEY ARE DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. IF THE FIREARM IS DAMAGED HAVE YOUR RECEIVING FFL CONTACT US FOR RETURN INFORMATION. DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION OR TRANSFER THE DAMAGED FIREARM. 

CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. 

SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, UNLESS THEY ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. 

 

Our Return Policy:                                 

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. 

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase, only in it's original and unopened manufacturer packaging. You will receive a full refund upon return of your returned item. KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. 

Need to make a return? We no longer send return labels with orders, but you can still print your own prepaid label, get a QR code to use at eligible UPS or FedEx locations.

  • Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card, we'll email you an electronic Gift Card.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. If no record of sale is available and we choose to provide a refund, your personal identification will be required to process the return. 

SHIPPING

We ship FedEx and UPS. Standard shipping is ground unless a priority shipping option is available and selected at the time of checkout. 

Ground shipments are usually 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and packaging. 

We are not responsible if the selected FFL delays your order due to waiting for their FFL and/or permission to send the firearm for transfer. In the event that we do not hear from that FFL in 48 hours we will contact you and ask that you select a new FFL. 

Firearm Shipments: We follow all State and Federal firearms laws. All firearms ship directly to ATF verified Federal Firearm Licensed (FFL) Dealers. There is absolutely no exception to this policy as it is the law.

Handguns - FedEx or UPS Ship 2 Day Air Only.

Rifles - FedEx or UPS Ground Only.

Ammunition - Ships FedEx or UPS Ground Only. (LE/GOV Exempt) We will not ship ammo to these States/DC

Class 3 (SOT) Items - These can and will only ship to another Class 3 SOT, after the form 3 transfer is completed. 

NO International Shipments (Approved GOV agencies are exempt)
